You have the option to upload a logo for your theatre or organization. If you don’t have a logo or would rather not use one, select the “I want to type my organization name” button. An “Organization Name” field will appear. Type in the name that you would like to appear on the poster and then continue with the rest of the customization process.

Dates

Use the “Dates” text box for your most important information. To end one line and begin the next, hit the “return” or “enter” key on your keyboard. You can also use an extra “return” to add space above or below a line of text. If you don’t want to use all of the lines available, that’s fine. Once you’ve typed in your dates, continue with the rest of the customization process.

Credits

We’ve already included the main credits for each production as part of the artwork. If you would like to credit your Director, Choreographer, Musical Director or anyone else, just type in that information. You have the option to use up to three lines for your credits. To end one line and begin the next, hit the “return” or “enter” key on your keyboard. You can also use an extra “return” to add space above or below a line of text. If you don’t want to use all of the lines available, that’s fine. Once you’ve typed in your credits, continue with the rest of the customization process.

Description

This is a great place to include a quote about your production or a simple description of the plot. You can really use this space for anything you want. If you’d like to control where one line ends and the next begins, hit the “return” or “enter” key on your keyboard, otherwise the text will continue from line to line, just like it does when you use a word processing program or type an email. We recommend trying to limit the amount of text in the description - it’s easier for people to read and generally more effective.
