Shipping & Returns
Please allow approximately 7 business days to print your posters, banners, stickers and magnets prior to shipping. T-shirts usually require 10-12 days for printing. Subplot Studio currently ships all orders via UPS Ground. Shipping varies by your ship-to destination so please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, especially for items such as popup banners and large quantities of t-shirts. Most items will be shipped separately.
Return Policy
Subplot Studio guarantees your satisfaction with all of our digital and print products. On the off chance your products arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at 855-782-7568 or email us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll do what we can to make things right.
Canceling an Order
For approximately one hour from the time an order is placed, you may call to cancel an order. After one hour, please understand that Subplot Studio cannot provide refunds or cancel orders except for the cases expressly described in this return policy (i.e., your posters or banner stand arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect), Subplot Studio cannot otherwise accept returns.
Please note that each printed product you order from us is made by one of Subplot Studio’s professional printing partners. There may be minor differences across different prints of the same order and re-orders. While we work very hard to keep our products as consistent as possible, variations may occur and are not considered a manufacturing defect and do not qualify for a reprint.
It’s Your Responsibility
Each product you customize is yours: Subplot Studio does not proof, edit or change your content in any way. This means it’s your responsibility to review your product before you publish and fix:
- Typos, grammar, unfinished text or other text errors
- Low-resolution images that may appear blurry in print
- Dark images that appear dark on screen (Subplot Studio doesn’t lighten your images to match what you see on your computer monitor)
- Design issues, including color choice
- Any other creative choices you make using the Subplot Studio customization tools
You must review your on-screen product proof before printing and we strongly recommend printing a hard copy of your artwork on your local printer for a final once-over. (You might ask a friend to look it over, too.) If you find changes you’d like to make, no problem. Just find your artwork in the “Saved Projects” menu, make your revisions and then purchase your final customized product.
